At Alexandra Brooker Aesthetics we do our very best to accommodate every client. However, due to a busy appointment diary we ask that all clients are mindful when booking, changing or cancelling appointments.
All bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This is deducted from your treatment price upon attendance.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being retained as a cancellation fee. If this occurs on more than one occasion, full prepayment will be required for all future bookings.
We reserve the right to charge the full treatment price for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services and website at alexandrabrooker.com and any booking made with Alexandra Brooker Aesthetics Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a treatment or using our website, you agree to these terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on our website.
All appointments must be secured with a non-refundable deposit. Full payment is due upon completion of your treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by cash, bank transfer or card.
Prices are correct at the time of booking but may be subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be presented at the time of your appointment.
A consultation is required prior to all SPMU and laser treatments. We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it is not appropriate or safe for you.
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your first SPMU treatment. Failure to attend your patch test will result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit being retained.
Alexandra Brooker Aesthetics cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions arising from failure to disclose relevant medical history or contraindications during the consultation process.
Results from SPMU and aesthetic treatments can vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle and aftercare compliance. We cannot guarantee identical results to those shown in portfolio images.
Full written aftercare instructions are provided following every treatment. Failure to follow these instructions may affect your results and will not constitute grounds for a refund or complimentary top-up.
Top-up appointments are available at a separate charge (see our Treatments page for pricing). Top-up appointments are not included unless explicitly stated.
You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies and previous cosmetic procedures at the time of booking and during your consultation. Alexandra Brooker Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment at any point if it is deemed unsafe.
Certain conditions may contraindicate treatment, including but not limited to: pregnancy, blood-thinning medication, active skin infections and certain autoimmune conditions. This list is not exhaustive — please contact us if you have any concerns.
All treatments are performed in a clean, clinical environment to the highest professional standards. Alexandra Brooker Aesthetics is fully insured and licensed for all services offered.
We take client satisfaction very seriously. If you have any concerns following your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can work to resolve the matter promptly.
Refunds are not offered for treatments that have been carried out in accordance with these Terms and our standard practice. Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances.

We may take before-and-after photographs for portfolio and marketing purposes. Your consent will always be sought prior to any photography. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us in writing.
We will not publish any images that identify you personally without your explicit consent.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
